Adversary proceeding experience includes prosecution and defense of preference and avoidance actions, and objections to discharge. When settlement by arbitration, mediation or other out-of-court means is not an option, the firm aggressively litigates business divorces, shareholder and partnership contests, dissolutions, and commercial and contract disputesof all types, including applications for temporary restraining orders and injunctions, actions for fraud, fraudulent conveyances, construction disputes, and the enforcement of mortgages and security interests.

Michael Moskowitz
Michael has been admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York since 1982. He has focused his practice efforts througout his career in the bankruptcy arena having initially served as a legal intern to a former Bankruptcy Judge. For the past 15 years, Michael has been AV-rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the preeminent rating awarded as part of a peer-rated review system for both ethical standards and legal ability. In his spare time, Michael enjoys playing golf and tennis and spending time with his wife Amy and their two teenage daughters.
