When settlement by arbitration, mediation or other out-of-court means is not an option, the firm aggressively litigates business divorces, shareholder and partnership contests, dissolutions, and commercial and contract disputesof all types, including applications for temporary restraining orders and injunctions, actions for fraud, fraudulent conveyances, construction disputes, and the enforcement of mortgages and security interests.

Practicing law for more than 30 years, Richard resolves complex commercial disputes through litigation, mediation and arbitration. He speaks and presents on creditor rights, electronic discovery, Internet and tech law, digital evidence, and other business law topics. Richard enjoys travel, hiking, political history, and the arts with his wife Gail and their two children.
