I am currently a Vistage chair. Vistage is the world’s largest executive coaching, peer organization. I enjoy helping people gain new insights and clarity — facilitating courageous leaders to make difficult decisions. My coaching, consulting and training practices are rooted in real-world, corporate experience, academia, and the latest scientific research. A graduate of the Columbia University Coaching Certification program, I’m a decisive leader and believe in providing feedback that marries caring with frank and candid directness when necessary. Being a Vistage Chair is the best job I've ever had. I understand that leading a company and teams can be challenging, especially without a board of directors or trusted advisors. Vistage International is the largest organization of its kind, servicing the small to mid size business sector. Vistage does business with 48K leaders in 25+ countries. Our mission is to help leaders make better decisions, get better results and become better leaders. A cominbation of peer group meetings, 1:1 executive coaching ,world class speakers and access to the entire Vistage community, on-line, are some of the tools that help members get from where they are, to where they want to be.
In addition to CEOs, we help develop leaders throughout an organization:
- Key Executives: C-suite leaders, such as Chief Tech Office, Chief People Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, etc. Program is similar to Chief Executive, save Executive Coaching.
- Emerging Leaders: high potential/rising starts in an organization. Program is curriculum based, focused on 12 core competencies of leadership (e.g. accountability, self-awareness, strategy, talent management, etc.) over a two-year period.
- Advancing Leaders: experienced and advancing managers; typically reports to a member of the executive leadership team.
