Lori Fay is the President and Founder of Loxme Group Inc., a New York–based, certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) surety bond agency founded in 2018 that specializes in supporting public-works contractors throughout the NYC tri-state area. Loxme Group is direct surety agency for approximately 15 surety companies, offering clients access to a diverse range of surety markets. With 30 years of experience in the surety industry, including extensive underwriting expertise, Lori is known for her hands-on, advisory approach to helping contractors secure the best possible bonding programs and the bid, performance, and payment bonds they need—while also strengthening their financial position for long-term growth. Lori has also been an active member of the Strategic Growth entrepreneur coaching program since 2018, reflecting her ongoing commitment to personal development, leadership, and expanding her business expertise. Lori is widely respected across the industry for her knowledge, integrity, and commitment to contractor success. In addition to her professional work, Lori is a dedicated mentor and advocate within the MWBE community, supporting contractor education, access to opportunity, and responsible growth across New York’s public construction marketplace. She has served as a Mentor Coach for Columbia University’s CU Grow program since 2017 and participates as a surety and bond expert in mentorship initiatives tied to the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA), MTA, NYC Economic Development Corporation (EDC), and DASNY.
